Week 4 "Down Week"

Week four of training was not the best, I only did 20 miles this week with the long run on Sunday of 9 miles. Sometimes life gets in the way of training. I will not let this set me back . It is onward and upward from here.
On the fundraising front things have been going well I have surpassed the $3000.00 mark thanks to all of the generous donations that have been pouring in.
